I got to the start location 10-minutes late.
The result of a poorly timed bodily function.
Snapper was on time, and had extra and unexpected riders with him.
Snapper and me for the entire route.
At a pace and with sufficient chat that I noticed NOT how difficult some of the climbs can be.
Ricochet at the start and announcing, happily and "cleverly", I thought,
"I'm riding to Blue Jay Point."
[For the non-locals, and most of the local randos, too: BJP is two FLAT miles from PUE.]
I do, however, think that Ricochet rode the 7 or 8 miles from his house to PUE,
And rode back home after.
That's about all his ToC-1200 "injuries" will allow at this time.

Johnny Appleseed was also unexpectedly at the start.
I thought he was doing Mandarin classes on Saturday mornings.
Turned out to be on Saturday afternoons.
But J.A. was apparently apprehensive about completing the ride in time
For him to get back home and do his "homework", or something.
He zoomed off the front of Snapper and me, and
Probably rode 21-miles or so to Franklinton, and then turned-around.
Nice ride; nice chats; nice enough day; no rain.
That about sums it up, I think.
