Sad news: 

Lt. Dave, aka, LT, and previously known as Dave-not-the-Wave, won't be riding Irregularly any more.

Good news:

Capt. Dave will be riding Irregularly starting immediately. 
Perhaps even more often than Lt. Dave used to.
